摘 要:在美丽乡村建设持续推进的背景下,优化村镇生活垃圾收运路线对降低垃圾收运成本和改善人居环境具有深远意义。本文以武义县茭道镇为例,基于过程评价的视角,以距离成本和环境成本为目标,构建综合考虑垃圾收运过程中运输距离、道路拥堵、环境污染等因素的评价指标体系,利用层次分析法修正实际运输距离,转化为综合运输距离,并通过Dijkstra算法确定综合运输距离最短的垃圾收运路线。结果表明基于过程的评价方法能够同时节约运输距离和减少垃圾收运过程对人居和生态环境的负面影响,实现经济、社会和环境综合效益。研究结果可从过程评价的新视角为村镇地区生活垃圾收运体系的合理规划提供参考。With the continuous promotion of the construction of beautiful villages,optimizing the living waste collection and transportation routes in villages and towns has great significance to reduce the cost of waste collection and transportation and improve the living environment.Taking Jiaodao Town of Wuyi country as a case and aiming at distance cost and environmental cost,this study firstly constructed an evaluation index system from the perspective of process evaluation by comprehensively considering transportation distance,road congestion,environmental pollution.Then,the actual transport distance was converted into the comprehensive transport distance by means of analytic hierarchy process.Finally,the Dijkstra algorithm was applied to determine the living waste collection and transportation routes with the shortest comprehensive transport distance.The results showed that the process evaluation method can save the transportation distance and reduce the negative impact of waste collection and transportation on human settlements and ecological environment,and realize the comprehensive benefits of economy,society and environment.This study can provide some references for the rational planning of living waste collection and transportation system in villages and towns from a new perspective of process evaluation.
