摘  要:受热风炉拱顶烧穿及漏水小套影响高炉频繁休复风,造成炉况下滑,炉缸工况恶化,后引入炉缸活性指数探究炉况工况变化与炉况稳定性的关系,通过对低风温冶炼条件下高燃料消耗以及炉缸不活的炉况进行调剂研究,得出活化炉缸是恢复炉况的前提,故采取加快炉缸焦炭更新,堵风口缩小风口面积、锰矿洗炉及提渣比降铝等措施活化炉缸,并配合料制适应性调整匹配全铸铁冷却壁炉型变化,提高鼓风动能,打透中心,保证两道煤气流合理分布,最终实现高炉炉况稳定顺行,各项指标优化提升。Affected by the burning through of the roof of the hot blast furnace and the leakage sleeve,the blast furnace frequently breaks and rewind,resulting in the deterioration of the furnace condition and the deterioration of the furnace cylinder working condition.Then,the furnace cylinder activity index is introduced to explore the relationship between the change of the furnace condition and the stability of the furnace condition.Through the adjustment study of the furnace condition with high fuel consumption and the furnace cylinder inactivity under the condition of low air temperature smelting,it is concluded that the activation of the furnace cylinder is the pre-problem for restoring the furnace condition.Therefore,measures such as accelerating the renewal of coke in the furnace cylinder,reducing the area of the tuyere by blocking the tuyere,washing the manganese ore and reducing the ratio of slag to aluminum were taken to activate the furnace cylinder,and the material system was adapted to match the change of the type of the cast iron cooling fireplace,improving the blast dynamic energy,beating through the center,ensuring the reasonable distribution of the two gas flows,and finally realizing the stable and smooth operation of the blast furnace and optimizing and improving various indicators.
