摘  要:本文建立了矿热炉内交流电弧等离子体的三维数学模型,采用用户自定义函数(UDF)将电子运输焓、焦耳热加入能量方程,电磁力加入动量方程,对电弧的多物理场进行耦合求解。分析了单个周期内交流电弧变化特性,探究了不同电弧长度对电弧特性的影响。结果表明:单个周期内交流电弧的温度场和速度场呈现周期性变化。前半周期,速度和温度随着电流的变化,先升高后减小。后半周期,由于洛伦兹力方向未发生变化,规律与前半周期一致。随着电弧长度的增加,电弧温度场和速度场弧柱变得细长,电弧尾部作用范围减少。短弧对熔池冲击作用较大,有利于熔池快速升温。长弧对熔池冲击作用较小,传热更稳定。In this paper,a three-dimensional mathematical model of AC arc plasma in a coal furnace is established.The electron transport enthalpy and Joule heat are added to the energy equation and the electromagnetic force is added to the momentum equation by using a user-defined function(UDF).The variation characteristics of AC arc in a single period are analyzed,and the influence of different arc lengths on arc characteristics is investigated.The results show that the temperature field and velocity field of AC arc change periodically in a single period.In the first half cycle,the speed and temperature increase first and then decrease with the change of current.In the second half period,because the direction of Lorentz force does not change,the law is consistent with the first half period.With the increase of arc length,the arc column of arc temperature field and velocity field becomes elongated,and the arc tail action range decreases.The short arc has a great impact on the molten pool,which is conducive to the rapid heating of the molten pool.The long arc has less impact on the molten pool and more stable heat transfer.
