摘 要:运用物质流分析方法,创新引入再生资源减碳率指标,构建了一套工业园区循环化改造助力降碳评价体系。以浙江海盐经济技术开发区为研究对象,对循环化改造助力降碳作出初步评价,提出以降碳为导向的园区循环化改造路径建议。评价结果显示,浙江海盐经济技术开发区废弃物循环利用产业成为园区减碳的重要产业,需关注废弃物再利用过程中的清洁、低碳问题,减污降碳协同治理能力具有较大提升空间。Using the material flow analysis method and innovatively introducing the carbon reduction rate index of renewable resources,a set of evaluation system for carbon reduction assistance through the circular transformation of industrial parks has been constructed.Taking Zhejiang Haiyan Economic and Technological Development Zone as the research object,a preliminary evaluation of recycling transformation of industrial parks to help reduce carbon was carried,puts forward a proposal for the recycling transformation path of the park oriented to reducing carbon emissions.The result shows that resource recycling industry had become a potential way to reduce carbon in the park,but still needed to pay attention to clean and low-carbon issues in the recycling process,and coordinated governance capabilities to reduce pollution and carbon emissions needed to be improved.
