摘 要:为研究改性后的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)超滤膜抗污染性能,将2款PTFE表面接枝亲水化改性膜、1款PTFE表面涂覆聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)的改性膜与1款PVDF膜作为研究对象,以孔径、接触角、纯水通量等参数作为性能表征。采用带正电荷的牛血清白蛋白与带负电荷的溶菌酶作为蛋白质污染模型,研究超滤膜的抗污染性能。试验结果表明:经过改性后的PTFE膜表现出明显的亲水性;在抗污染性能测试中,经过表面接枝亲水化改性的PTFE膜的亲水性能虽相比于表面涂敷改性的PTFE膜较弱,但其比通量与通量恢复率却能维持在较高水平,拥有更加良好的抗污染性能,超滤膜表面接枝亲水化改性相比表面涂敷改性更加有利于提高超滤膜的抗污染性能。In order to study the anti-fouling performance of modified PTFE ultrafiltration membrane,two kinds of PTFE surface grafted hydrophilic modified membrane,one kind of PTFE surface coated with PVDF modified membrane and one kind of PVDF membrane were used as the research objects,and the pore size,contact angle,pure water flux and other parameters were used as the performance characterization.Bovine serum albumin with positive charge and lysozyme with negative charge were used as protein fouling models to study the anti-fouling performance of ultrafiltration membrane.The results showed that the modified PTFE membrane showed obvious hydrophilicity.In the anti-fouling performance test,although the hydrophilic performance of the PTFE membrane modified by surface grafting hydrophilization is weaker than that of the PTFE membrane modified by surface coating,the specific flux and flux recovery rate can be maintained at a higher level,and has better anti-fouling performance.It is concluded that the hydrophilic modification of the membrane surface by grafting is more beneficial to the improvement of the anti-fouling performance of the membrane than the surface modification by coating.
