道路工程施工期扬尘源强特征及喷淋措施效果研究

摘  要:选择江苏省某典型高速公路的施工期扬尘作为研究对象,针对桥梁、路基、水泥混凝土拌合站、灰土拌合站的施工现场以及公路沿线敏感点处开展扬尘检测方案研究,对道路工程施工期扬尘进行源强特征分析。通过分析路基、桥梁施工在道路两侧不同距离,拌合站施工在上、下风向,以及敏感点在施工场界位置的扬尘变化特征,总结出道路工程施工期扬尘的总体衰减规律,根据采用洒水喷淋措施前后的扬尘检测结果对比,进一步探讨洒水喷淋措施的抑尘效果。结果表明:路基和灰土拌合站产生的总悬浮颗粒物(TSP)总体上高于其他施工现场,洒水喷淋措施可使抑尘率达70%,其中水泥混凝土拌合站施工的洒水抑尘率最高,可达73%,其次为路基、桥梁施工、敏感点处和灰土拌合站施工现场。Construction dust of a typical highway in Jiangsu Province was chosen as the research object.To characterize the source strength of dust during the construction period of the road project,a dust monitoring program study was conducted for the construction sites of bridges,roadbeds,cement concrete mixing plants,and gray soil mixing plants,as well as at sensitive points along the highway.Through analyzing the characteristics of dust changes of roadbed and bridge construction at different distances on the roadside,mixing plant construction in the upwind and downwind directions,and sensitive points at the construction site boundary locations,the overall attenuation pattern of dust during the construction period of the road project was summarized.The dust suppression effect of sprinkler measures was further explored based on the comparison of dust monitoring results before and after the sprinkler measures.Eventually it came out:total suspended particulate(TSP)from roadbed and gray soil mixing plants was generally higher than other construction sites,and sprinkler measures could result in a dust suppression rate of up to 70%,with the highest dust suppression rate of 73% for cement concrete mixing plant construction,followed by roadbed and bridge construction,sensitive points and gray soil mixing plant construction.
