摘 要:基于Deform 3D有限元软件的模拟计算结果,首先对20钢进行等通道转角挤压变形,随后对变形后的试样进行不同温度的退火处理。利用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和电子万能试验机对等通道转角挤压及随后退火处理20钢的微观组织及拉伸性能进行研究分析。结果表明:ECAP变形后的20钢由于晶粒尺寸细化以及加工硬化的原因,使得挤压态20钢强度增大,屈服强度和抗拉强度分别提高到590 MPa和683 MPa,延伸率下降到8.9%。退火后的20钢由于晶粒长大以及再结晶的原因,20钢的屈服强度和抗拉强度随退火温度升高而下降,延伸率随退火温度升高而上升。当退火温度400℃时,20钢具有良好的强度和延伸率结合,屈服强度和抗拉强度分别为600 MPa和712 MPa,延伸率为12.5%。Based on the simulation results of Deform 3D finite element software,the 20 carbon steel was first deformed by equal channel angularpressing,and then the deformed specimen was annealed at different temperatures in this study.The microstructure and tensile properties of 20 carbon steel were studied and analyzed by metallurgical microscope,scanning electron microscope and electron universal testing machine by equal channel angular pressing and subsequent annealing.The results show that due to the grain size refinement and work hardening,the strength of the extruded 20 carbon steel increases,the yield strength and tensile strength increase to 590 MPa and 683 MPa,and the elongation decreases to 8.9%.After annealing,20 carbon steel decrease with the increase of annealing temperature,and the elongation increases with the increase of annealing temperature due to the grain growth and recrystallization.At the annealing temperature of 400℃,20 carbon steel has a good combination of strength and elongation,with yield strength and tensile strength of 600 MPa and 712 MPa,respectively,and an elongation of 12.5%.
