摘  要:文章采用车辆多体动力学与结构动力学有限元分析相结合的途径,基于主S-N曲线法对高速列车转向架构架的重要焊缝进行了疲劳损伤计算分析。分析结果表明,侧梁纵向焊缝应力危险点均位于与横梁-侧梁连接部位,侧梁下盖板焊缝远比上盖板焊缝损伤严重,横梁环焊缝关键点位于靠近横梁侧焊缝,其损伤曲线呈对称分布。Based on the main S-N curve method,the fatigue damage of the important welds of high-speed train bogie frames are calculated and analyzed by combining multi-body dynamics with finite element analysis of structural dynamics in this paper.The analysis results show that the dangerous points of the longitudinal weld of the side beam are located at the junction between the cross bearer and the side beam,and the weld of the lower cover plate of the side beam is much more damaged than that of the upper cover plate,and the critical points of the circumferential weld of the cross bearer are located near the side weld of the cross bearer,and the damage curve is symmetrically distributed.
