摘  要:粘接接头在服役过程中会受到诸多外界因素的综合作用而出现老化现象,进而在一定程度上影响其服役寿命。基于此,文章根据轨道车辆车窗服役环境制定了老化条件对应的试验室环境,并基于上述老化条件对接头进行了加速老化和疲劳性能测试,分别从静强度和疲劳振动角度对粘接接头服役寿命进行了评估。结果表明:高低温交变是影响接头强度的主要因素,高低温交变老化120天相当于接头自然老化1年,通过数据拟合预测接头自然老化12年后衰减系数为0.667。疲劳试验结果表明,在振幅1.0~1.2 mm范围内S-N曲线出现拐点,接头疲劳极限为0.228 MPa。综合考虑接头老化和疲劳的累积衰减系数,其剩余静强度和疲劳强度均满足检修周期12年的设计要求,综合考虑取静强度服役年限15.96年作为该接头的全生命服役周期。During the service process,bonded joints will be affected by many external factors and aging,which will affect their service life to a certain extent.This paper formulates,according to the service environment of rail vehicle windows,the laboratory environment corresponding to aging conditions,tests,based on the above aging conditions,the accelerated aging and fatigue performance,and evaluates the service life of bonded joints from the angles of static strength and fatigue vibration,respectively.The results show that high and low temperature alternating is the main factor affecting the joint strength.120 days of high and low temperature alternating aging is equivalent to one year of natural aging of the joint.The reduction coefficient of the joint after 12 years of natural aging is predicted by data fitting to be 0.667.The fatigue test results show that,at an amplitude of 1.0~1.2 mm,the inflection point appears in the S-N curve,and the fatigue limit of the joint is 0.228 MPa.Considering the cumulative attenuation coefficient of aging and fatigue of the joint,its residual static strength and fatigue strength both meet the design requirement of repair period of 12 years,and the static strength service life of 15.96 years is taken as the full life service cycle of the joint.
