摘　　要：介绍了T 8P型超偏载检衡车的研制背景、主要性能参数、尺寸及结构。重点阐述其车内设备起重小车的主要用途、功能特点、技术参数、主要结构及仿真、试验情况。T 8P型超偏载检衡车的研制成功,填补了我国没有专用超偏载检衡车的空白,其车内起重小车具有操作智能化、设偏定位准确、检定范围广的特点,有利于提高超偏载检测装置检定的工作效率,保障全路范围内货车超偏载检测装置量值的准确和统一。This paper introduces the development background,main performance parameters,dimensions and structure of the T 8P over-eccentric weighing truck.It emphatically expounds the main purpose,functional characteristics,technical parameters,main structure and simulation and test of the lifting trolley in the truck.The successful development of the T 8P over-eccentric weighing truck has filled the relevant gap in China.The lifting trolley in the truck has the characteristics of intelligent operation,accurate offset positioning,and wide verification range,which is conducive to improving the verification efficiency of the over-eccentric load detection device and ensuring the accuracy and uniformity of the measured values of the over-eccentric weighing device for freight cars in Chinese railway.
