摘　　要：既有铁路浓硫酸罐车多采用机械式手动操作开闭的装货装置,存在操作时间长、安全性低等问题。随着铁路货车技术的不断发展以及气动技术在铁路货车上的成熟应用,研发一种气动控制装货装置具有一定的必要性和可行性。文章梳理了国内外浓硫酸罐车装货装置的现状,分析了装货装置存在的典型问题。针对既有装货装置存在的典型问题,结合某出口浓硫酸罐车项目,研制了一种气动装货装置,文章重点介绍了该气动装货装置的主要技术参数、主要结构及工作原理、关键技术及试验情况。该气动装货装置的研究与应用提高了罐车装货时的操作安全性和简便性,同时降低了列车装货总时长,提高了装货效率和运输经济性,对推动铁路罐车的发展具有重要意义。Most of the existing railway concentrated sulfuric acid tank cars use mechanical and manually operated loading devices,which have problems such as long operation times and low safety.With the continuous development of railway freight car technology and the mature application of pneumatic technology in railway freight cars,it is necessary and feasible to develop a pneumatic controlled loading device.This paper discusses the current situation of domestic and foreign loading devices for concentrated sulfuric acid tank cars,and analyzes the problems existing in typical loading devices.Due to these issues,a pneumatic loading device has been developed in conjunction with an export concentrated sulfuric acid tank car project.This paper mainly introduces the main technical parameters,main structure and working principle,key technologies and test of the pneumatic loading device.This pneumatic loading device can improve the operation safety and convenience of tank car loading,at the same time,it can reduce the total loading time,improve loading efficiency and transportation economy,which is of great significance to promoting the development of railway tank cars.
