货车控制阀摩擦副磨损失效分析研究

摘  要:控制阀作用部摩擦副磨损失效是制约我国铁路货车空气控制阀延长检修周期的主要影响因素之一,2017年,对控制阀进行局部结构改进后其漏泄故障明显下降,但仍然存在滑阀工作面产生腐蚀状斑点、麻坑,节制阀工作面有划伤,有导致控制阀作用失效的风险。文章针对控制阀摩擦副存在的上述磨损问题进行了分析研究,对控制阀进行了对比耐久试验验证。结果表明,滑阀工件毛刺易加剧工件接触表面磨损,滑阀底面斑点主要因硅油气蚀磨损产生。文章最后对控制阀摩擦副提出了改进建议。The wear failure of the friction pair of control valves is one of the main factors that restricts the maintenance period of pneumatic control valves of railway freight cars in China.In 2017,after the local structural improvement of control valves,the leakage of control valves decreased significantly,but there are still corrosive spots and pits on the working face of the guiding valve,and scratches on the working face of the closing valve,which risk the failure of the control valve.This paper analyzes the above wear problems,compares and tests the durability of control valves.The results demonstrate that the burr of guiding valves is easy to aggravate contact surface wear,and that the spot on the bottom surface of guiding valves is mainly caused by silicon oil and gas erosion.Suggestions are put forward for improving the friction pair of control valves.
