基于变来流因素的风力机气动性能分析

摘  要:以华电航天万源2.0 MW机组为研究对象,完成了不同来流速度下风力机的功率及推力系数试验,并分析了流动域内部气动性能影响。根据模型特点,数值计算选用SST k-ω模型,将数值计算结果与试验结果对比以保证模型可信度。结果表明:随着来流速度的增加,风力机的功率呈现抛物线规律上升趋势,推力系数随来流速度的增加先上升后下降,各来流条件下功率的最大偏差为5.7%,推力系数的最大偏差为9.5%;同一来流条件下,叶轮尾流区出现局部低压区和高速度区,其云图呈现扩散状蝶翅形分布;受叶轮与来流条件影响,来流速度越大,尾流区湍流动能越大,尾流中心区湍流动能最高并沿轴向呈现逐渐衰减趋势。可为风力机的安全运行提供参考。Taking Huadian Aerospace Wanyuan 2.0MW unit as the research object,the power and thrust coefficient tests of wind turbines under different flow velocities are completed,and the influence of aerodynamic performance in the flow domain are analyzed.According to the characteristics of the model,the SST k-ωmodel is selected for numerical calculation,and the numerical calculation results are compared with the experimental results to ensure the reliability of the model.The results show that with the increase of incoming flow velocity,the power of wind turbine presents a parabolic rising trend,and the thrust coefficient rises first and then decreases with the increase of incoming flow velocity.The maximum deviation of power and thrust coefficient is 5.7%and 9.5%respectively under each incoming flow condition.Under the same inflow condition,there are local low pressure areas and high velocity areas in the wake area of the impeller,and the cloud imagepresent a diffusion-like butterfly-shaped distribution in the low pressure zone.Under the influence of impeller and incoming flow conditions,the greater the incoming flow velocity,the greater the turbulent kinetic energy in the wake region,which gradually decreases along the axial direction.The research results have guiding significance for the safe operation of wind turbine.
