摘 要:针对传统水泥基封孔材料存在的早期抗压强度不高、凝结时间过长等问题,通过向硅酸盐水泥中添加甘蔗渣灰(SCBA)、水化硅酸钙(C-S-H)、二乙醇单异丙醇胺(DEIPA)进行改性。利用抗压强度、流动度、凝结时间、SEM、XRD、TG-DTG等测试方法,分析三元复配早强剂对水泥基材料性能的影响,采用正交试验方法确定最优配比。结果表明:最优组合为A1B3C3,具体配比为1%SCBA、1.5%C-S-H、0.05%DEIPA;相对于空白组水泥,水泥浆体的流动性有所下降,但其力学性能和凝结时间均有显著提升,1、3、7、28 d的抗压强度相对于空白组分别提升了70.23%、26.27%、33.28%、14.92%,初、终凝时间分别缩短了84、103 min;通过微观结构分析,添加复合早强剂的最优组其内部结构更加紧密,形成了大量的C-S-H晶体以及杆状的Aft晶体。SCBA中的活性二氧化硅与CH反应生成C-S-H,C-S-H的加入为水化产物提供了成核位点,进一步加速C-S-H的形成;DEIPA不仅可以使C-S-H呈现出蜂窝状结构,还可以促进早期Aft的形成,从而使水泥整体结构更紧密;三元复合早强剂的加入使水化产物的生成速率和数量均有所提高,使其具有更高的早期强度。The traditional cement-based sealing materials have some problems,such as low early compressive strength and long setting time,so they are modified by adding sugarcane bagasse ash(SCBA),calcium silicate hydrate(C-S-H),and diethanol-isopropanolamine(DEIPA)to Portland cement.In this paper,compressive strength,fluidity,setting time,XRD,SEM,and TG-DTG are used to analyze the effects of the ternary compound early strength agent on the properties of cement-based materials,and the optimal ratio is determined by orthogonal test method.The results show that the optimal combination is A1B3C3,the specific ratio is 1%SCBA,1.5%C-S-H,0.05%DEIPA.Compared with blank group cement,the fluidity of the cement slurry declines,but the mechanical properties and setting time are significantly improved,and the compressive strengths at 1 d,3 d,and 7 d are increased by 70.23%,26.27%,33.28%and 14.92%,respectively,compared with blank group.The initial and final setting time are shortened by 84 minutes and 103 minutes respectively.Through microstructure analysis,the internal structure of the optimal group with compound early strength agent is more compact,and a large number of C-S-H crystals and rod-shaped Aft crystals are formed.The reactive silica in SCBA reacted with CH to generate C-S-H,while adding C-S-H provided nucleation sites for hydration products,and further accelerates the formation of C-S-H.DEIPA can not only make C-S-H show a honeycomb structure but also facilitates the formation of early-age ettringite(Aft),thus making the overall structure of the cement more compact.Adding the ternary compound early strength agent improves the rate and quantity of hydration product generation,leading to higher early strength.
