摘  要:为培养适应未来新兴产业和新经济形态的“新工科”人才,剖析金属切削加工及机床课程教学过程中存在的痛点问题,从课程内容、实验教学、教学方法及课程评价四方面进行课程改革探索:以项目驱动为手段,重构课程内容;以建模仿真技术为基础,开发虚实一体的教学实验;以任务引导、问题反思创新教学方法;以学生为中心,构建达成性评价体系。课程改革实践有效提升了学生自主学习能力和工程实践创新能力,进而助力培养适应行业发展的高素质复合型“新工科”人才。In order to cultivate"new engineering"talents that meet the demands of emerging industries and new economic forms,this paper examines the challenges existing in the teaching of metal cutting and machine tool courses,and proposes course reform in four areas:curriculum content,experimental teaching,instructional methods,and course assessment.Restructuring the course content with project-driven methods;utilizing modeling and simulation technology to develop integrated virtual-real teaching experiments;implementing innovative teaching methods based on task guidance and problem reflection;and establishing an achievement evaluation system centered around student performance.The practice of curriculum reform has effectively enhanced students'abilities of independent learning and engineering innovation,ultimately contributing to the cultivation of high-quality composite"new engineering"talents who adapt to industry development.
