摘  要:大冶铁矿正处于-270 m中段与-360 m中段接续开采阶段,-270 m中段剩余矿量已不足,-360 m中段投产初期将面临采场生产能力不足的问题。根据上向水平分层充填法和分段凿岩阶段出矿空场嗣后充填法的工序特点,基于大冶铁矿-360 m中段各采场分布、回采工序、回采设备现状,建立了回采设备调度优化模型,运用遗传算法模拟出最紧凑的工序排布,基于设备利用率函数求解出最大同时回采的采场数,并提出了单中段、两中段两种开采方案。结果表明,当-270 m中段可同时回采采场数为3、-360 m中段可同时回采采场数为5时,日产能达到最大值4218 t/d。两中段开采方案的开采效率高,出矿能力稳定,生产能力达到143.7万t。优化后的两种开采方案有助于解决大冶铁矿在两中段接续开采期间产能不足和产量不稳定的问题。Daye Iron Ore is in the continuous mining stage of-270 m to-360 m middle section,the remaining ore volume in the-270 m middle section is insufficient,and the stope production capacity will be insufficient in the early stage of-360 m middle section.According to the process characteristics of the upward horizontal layered cut and filling method and sublevel drilling and stage open stoping with subsequent filling,based on the distribution of each stope,the mining process and the current situation of the mining equipment in the-360 m middle section of Daye Iron Mine,the optimization model of stope mining equipment scheduling was established.The genetic algorithm was used to simulate the most compact process arrangement,and the maximum number of simultaneous stopes was solved based on the equipment utilization function.Two schemes of single-section mining and two-section mining were proposed.The results show that when the number of stopes that can be mined simultaneously in the section of-270 m is 3,and the number of stopes that can be mined simultaneously in the section of-360 m is 5,the maximum daily production capacity reaches 4218 t/d.The scheme of the two-section mining is more efficient,with a more stable ore production and the annual production capacity of 1.437 million tons.The two optimized mining schemes are helpful to solve the problems of insufficient production capacity and unstable production during the two-section continuous mining of Daye Iron Mine.
