摘  要:根据屯兰区块7口水平井的排采资料,分析了水平井的产能特征,发现水平井的产水、产能出现较大的差异。从煤层埋深、煤层厚度、顶底板岩性等方面分析了地质因素对产能的影响,从压裂曲线特征、平均排量、压裂液用量和加砂量等方面分析了工程因素对产能的影响,以及从井口套压、排采连续性和产水量等方面分析了排采因素对产能的影响。结果表明:水平井的产气量受产水量影响,一般情况下,二者呈正相关关系,但产水量过大会导致产气量降低;水文地质条件对部分水平井的产能存在影响,煤层埋深、煤层厚度、顶板泥岩厚度的增加,均有利于煤层气的抽采;低排量压裂的水平井产气量低,压裂液用量与加砂量也应保持在一定范围,用量过大会导致产气量降低;下降型和稳定型压裂曲线占水平井压裂曲线的81.4%,曲线占比越高,产气量越大。在排采过程中,卡泵检修时间长、井口套压降低、产水过高均会导致产气量降低。采用灰色关联分析法分析得出,煤层含气量是水平井产能的主控因素。研究结果可为屯兰区块水平井开发提供参考。According to the drainage data of 7 horizontal wells in Tunlan block,the productivity characteristics of horizontal wells were analyzed.It is found that there are great differences in water production and productivity of horizontal wells.The influence of geological factors on productivity was analyzed from the aspects of coal seam buried depth,coal seam thickness and roof and floor lithology.The influence of engineering factors on productivity was analyzed from the aspects of fracturing curve characteristics,average displacement,fracturing fluid amount and sand addition.The influence of drainage factors on productivity was analyzed from the aspects of wellhead casing pressure,drainage continuity and water production.The results show that the gas production of horizontal wells is affected by the water production.In general,there is a positive correlation between the two,but too much water production will lead to a decrease in gas production.Hydrogeological conditions have an impact on the productivity of some horizontal wells.The increase of coal seam burial depth,coal seam thickness and roof mudstone thickness is conducive to the extraction of coal bed methane.The gas production of horizontal wells with low displacement fracturing is low,the fracturing fluid amount and sand addition should also be kept in a certain range,and excessive use will lead to a decrease in gas production.The descending and stable fracturing curves account for 81.4%of the horizontal well fracturing curves.The higher the proportion of the curve,the greater the gas production.In the process of drainage,the long maintenance time of the stuck pump,the decrease of the wellhead casing pressure and the high water production will reduce the gas production.The grey correlation analysis shows that the gas content of coal seam is the main controlling factor of horizontal well productivity.The research results can provide reference for the development of horizontal wells in Tunlan block.
