从某铁矿磁选尾矿中回收铜的试验研究

摘  要:针对安徽某铁矿磁选尾矿中铜资源的高效回收问题,研究了其中铜、锌、硫矿物的赋存状态,并通过浮选试验优化了影响铜回收的关键工艺条件。结果表明,磁选尾矿中品位0.10%的铜主要以黄铜矿形式赋存,品位0.37%的锌主要以闪锌矿形式赋存,品位3.22%的硫主要赋存于黄铁矿中,各矿物均呈细粒嵌布。采用混合浮选-优先浮铜流程,确定了条件试验的最佳药剂组合:捕收剂PQ-5用量为70 g/t;闪锌矿抑制剂为400 g/t硫化钠、500 g/t硫酸锌和400 g/t亚硫酸钠的组合;黄铁矿抑制剂PZ-1用量为300 g/t。闭路试验采用“一粗三精两扫”流程,最终获得的铜精矿铜品位为20.85%、铜回收率为81.41%,铜精矿中锌和硫的去除率分别达到94.12%和96.30%,实现了铜与其他矿物的有效分离。研究结果可为该铁矿磁选尾矿中铜的高效回收提供参考依据。To efficiently recover copper from magnetic separation tailings of an iron mine in Anhui,the occurrence states of copper,zinc,and sulfur minerals were investigated,and the key process conditions affecting copper recovery were optimized through flotation experiments.The results show that copper with a grade of 0.10%in magnetic separation tailings is mainly present in the form of chalcopyrite,zinc with a grade of 0.37%is mainly present in the form of sphalerite,and sulfur with a grade of 3.22%is mainly present in pyrite.All minerals are fine-grained disseminated.Employing a mixed flotation-preferential copper flotation process,the optimal reagent combination of condition test is determined as follows:collector PQ-5 dosage of 70 g/t;sphalerite depressant as a combination of 400 g/t sodium sulfide,500 g/t zinc sulfate,and 400 g/t sodium sulfite;pyrite depressant PZ-1 dosage of 300 g/t.The closed-circuit test adopted a one roughing,three cleaning,and two scavenging process,ultimately obtaining a copper concentrate with a copper grade of 20.85%and a copper recovery of 81.41%.Meanwhile,the removal rates of zinc and sulfur in the copper concentrate reaches 94.12%and 96.30%,respectively,achieving effective separation of copper from other minerals.The research results can provide valuable reference for the efficient recovery of copper from the magnetic separation tailings of this iron mine.
