摘  要:提出了一种新型的集成辐射特性与散射特性一体化的贴片阵列天线。所提出的贴片天线阵列由两种相位相差180°的贴片结构组成,利用特征模式分析,通过遗传算法计算出阵因子在反射域中最大值最小时的编码方式,使两种天线单元按其方式排布成4×4的天线阵列。天线阵列-10 dB阻抗带宽为8.1~9.2 GHz(相对带宽12.7%),在工作频段内的峰值增益为18.7 dB,在宽频段6.9~10.5 GHz(41.4%)范围内实现了x极化入射波下单站RCS 6 dB以上的缩减。在没有引入额外结构和集总元件的情况下实现了天线的隐身功能。A novel patch array antenna integrating radiation characteristics and scattering characteristics is proposed.The proposed patch antenna array consists of two kinds of patch structures with 180°phase difference,and the coding mode of the array factor with the minimum maximum value in the reflection domain is calculated by genetic algorithm using the feature pattern analysis,so that the two kinds of antenna units are arranged into a 4×4 antenna array according to their mode.The antenna array-10 dB impedance bandwidth is 8.1~9.2 GHz(12.7%relative bandwidth),and the peak gain is 18.7 dB in the operating band;more than 6 dB of single-station RCS reduction under x-polarized incident wave is achieved in the wide band 6.9~10.5 GHz(41.4%).The stealth function of the antenna is realized without introducing additional structures and collector elements.
