摘 要:骨组织工程支架植入人体时,往往引发一系列不同程度的炎症影响骨修复治疗效果。目前,临床上通常考虑在支架上负载各种生物活性因子(包括各种小分子药物、细胞因子等)来改善这个问题,但是这一方法除了存在不可控性外,还会因为剂量问题在人体中引发耐药性、毒性等副反应的发生,增加治疗成本,降低骨再生效果。本文综述了近年来结合近红外光、电、磁、超声等外源性刺激时空调控免疫微环境促进骨再生的研究现状,分析了其目前存在的问题与不足,并对未来的研究和临床应用提出了展望。Bone tissue engineering scaffolds,when implanted in the body,often trigger a series of different degrees of inflammation affecting the outcome of bone repair treatment.At present,clinics usually consider loading various bioactive factors(including various small molecule drugs,cytokines,etc.)on the scaffolds to improve this problem,but this method,in addition to the uncontrollability,will also trigger the occurrence of resistance,toxicity and other side effects in the human body due to dosage problems,increasing the cost of treatment and decreasing the effectiveness of bone regeneration therapy.In this paper,we review the current research status of combining near-infrared light,electricity,magnetism,ultrasound and other exogenous stimulation of spatiotemporal modulation of the immune microenvironment to promote bone regeneration in recent years,analyze its current problems and shortcomings,and put forward a prospect for the future research and clinical application.
