摘  要:使用激光焊的方法对厚度均为1 mm的TA15钛合金和T2铜进行了焊接,通过比较不同焊接参数下焊接接头的宏观形貌、显微形貌、力学性能等,在焊接速度为13 mm/s,焊接功率为600 W时得到了综合性能较好的焊接接头。选取具有典型形貌的显微组织形貌进行分析,结合EDS和XRD测试结果,对焊缝的相组成进行分析,得出焊缝主要由Cu_(2)Ti+Cu_(4)Ti共晶组织以及CuTi_(2)化合物组成。当焊接速度过慢或过快时,铜/钛异种金属激光焊的焊缝中会出现裂纹、孔洞等焊接缺陷,这极大削弱了焊接接头的力学性能。对焊接接头的拉伸断口进行分析,表明拉伸断口为典型的脆性解理断裂。对焊接接头显微硬度的测试结果表明,焊缝主要由铜钛化合物组成,在铜侧热影响区内存在明显的接头软化现象。By comparing the macroscopic morphology,micromorphology,and mechanical properties of the welded joints under various welding parameters,the welded joints with better comprehensive performance were obtained at the welding speed of 13 mm/s and the welding power of 600 W.In this paper,TA15 titanium alloy and T2 copper with a thickness of 1 mm were welded by laser welding.After choosing the microstructure morphology with the typical morphology analysis,the phase composition of the weld was examined by integrating the findings of the XRD and EDS tests.It was found that CuTi_(2) compound and the Cu_(2)Ti+Cu_(4)Ti eutectic structure made up the majority of the weld.When welding copper/titanium dissimilar metals with a laser,there will be holes,cracks,and other welding flaws in the weld,which significantly reduces the mechanical qualities of the welded connection.After analysis,it was determined that the tensile fracture of the welded joint was a common brittle cleavage fracture.The microhardness test findings of the welded joint indicate that the weld is mostly made up of copper-titanium compounds,and the heat-affected zone on the copper side clearly exhibits a joint softening phenomenon.
