摘 要:针对非常规石油井下大功率电加热系统核心组件电缆芯线的连接问题,采用冷压焊对铜镍合金/Cr_(20)Ni_(80)镍铬合金异种金属进行焊接,通过对冷压焊接头的力学性能、显微组织、熔合区界面元素扩散、物相进行了分析。结果表明,冷压焊可以实现异种金属的有效连接,拉伸试验表明接头抗拉强度约为570 MPa且断裂在铜镍合金母材侧说明冷压焊接头的抗拉强度大于铜镍合金母材的抗拉强度,弯曲试验表明冷压焊接头在弯曲载荷下承受的最大力为18.9kN,并且弯曲点发生在铜镍合金母材侧说明接头抗弯强度大于铜镍合金母材的抗弯强度,同时通过EDS元素扫描和XRD物相分析证明了在焊缝接头处不存在元素扩散的现象发生。In order to solve the connection problem of the cable core wires of the core components of the high-power electrical application system in unconventional oil Wells,the dissimilar metal Cu-Ni alloy/Cr_(20)Ni_(80)nickel-chromium alloy was welded by cold pressing welding.The mechanical properties,microstructure,interfacial element diffusion and phase of the welding joint were analyzed.The results show that the cold-pressed welding can realize the effective connection of dissimilar metals.Tensile test shows that the tensile strength of the joint is about 570 MPa and the fracture at the side of the copper-nickel alloy base metal indicates that the tensile strength of the cold-pressed welded joint is greater than that of the copper-nickel alloy base metal.Bending test shows that the maximum force of the cold-pressed welded joint under bending load is 18.9 kN.Moreover,the bending point occurs on the side of the copper-nickel alloy base material,indicating that the bending strength of the joint is greater than that of the copper-nickel alloy base material.Meanwhile,EDS element scanning and XRD phase analysis show that there is no element diffusion at the weld joint.
