摘 要:园区是城市产业发展的基本单元,也是能源消费的主要场景。目前园区工业能源消费总量占全国能源消费总量的66%,工业碳排放达到全国碳排放总量的68%。老旧产业园区的低碳转型已成为推动实现碳达峰碳中和目标的关键举措。飞宇园区前身为北京市半导体器件一厂,具有中国老旧产业园区的代表性。在“双碳”目标的指引下,飞宇园区通过调整能源结构、更新用能设备、融合高新技术、强化用能管理等多种方式对换热站、制冷站等系统进行低碳改造,并新建分布式光伏发电系统和能源管理平台,实现年节电量约97.62万kWh,年碳减排约555.26t。飞宇园区的成功转型为我国老旧产业园区的低碳发展提供可参考的技术措施和可复制的建设路径。Industrial Park is the basic unit of urban industrial development and the main scene of energy consumption.At present,all parks in China account for 66%of the total energy consumption and 68%of the total carbon emissions of the country respectively.The low-carbon transformation of old industrial parks has become a key measure to promote the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.Feiyu Park was formerly known as Beijing No.1 Semiconductor Device Factory,with China's old industrial park representative.Under the guidance of the"double carbon"goal,Feyu Park carried out low-carbon transformation of the heat exchange station,refrigeration station and other systems by adjusting the energy structure,updating energy use equipment,integrating new high-technologies,strengthening energy use management and other ways,and built a distributed photovoltaic power generation system and energy management platform,finally achieving electricity saving of about 976,200 kWh and carbon reduction of about 555.26t annually.The successful transformation of Feiyu Park can provide reference technical measures and replicable construction approach for the low-carbon development of China's old industrial parks.
