摘 要:随着可持续发展目标的提升,公共建筑设计面临着重大的转型挑战。绿色建筑评估体系,如LEED和BREEAM,通过一系列指标评估建筑的环境影响和效能,包括能效、材料使用、水资源管理及室内环境质量等。这些体系旨在推动建筑设计朝向更加环保和资源节约的方向发展。本文通过分析当前公共建筑设计模式的不足,提出了一系列结构、能源和资源管理的优化策略,并通过案例研究展示了这些策略在实际应用中的效果和挑战,旨在为公共建筑设计领域的可持续发展提供科学的指导和实践的参考。With the advancement of sustainable development goals,public building design is facing significant transformation challenges.The green building assessment system,such as LEED and BREEAM,evaluates the environmental impact and effectiveness of buildings through a series of indicators,including energy efficiency,material use,water resource management,and indoor environmental quality.These systems aim to promote the development of architectural design towards a more environmentally friendly and resource efficient direction.This article analyzes the shortcomings of current public building design patterns,proposes a series of optimization strategies for structural,energy,and resource management,and demonstrates the effectiveness and challenges of these strategies in practical applications through case studies.The aim is to provide scientific guidance and practical references for the sustainable development of public building design.
