摘　　要：随着BIM技术在工程项目建设的广泛应用,BIM技术管理体系变得越来越关键。施工企业应根据自身特点建立完善的体系并加以实施,以确保项目管理目标实现。本文探讨了施工企业在BIM管理体系建设中的主要内容和存在问题,并通过案例阐述了BIM管理体系的构建方法,可为类似企业提供参考。With the wide application of BIM technology in engineering project construction,BIM technology management system becomes more and more critical.Construction enterprises should establish a perfect system and implement it according to their own characteristics to ensure that project management goals are realized.This paper discusses the main contents and challenges of construction enterprises in the construction of BIM management system,and elaborates the construction method of BIM management system through cases,whichcan provide reference for similar enterprises.
