摘 要:为解决轨道式吊篮存在的设备故障、管理不规范等突出安全问题,本文开展轨道式吊篮安全管理研究,针对轨道式吊篮现存问题,结合智能数字监测系统与施工成本分析研究提高施工效率的安全管理措施。研究表明:轨道式吊篮安全监测系统能够及时调整吊篮姿态,降低了操作不慎导致的风险。轨道式吊篮智能监测方案与安全管理措施在北京同仁堂大兴生产基地项目施工应用节约了大量成本,在保障项目安全方面取得了明显成效。研究为轨道式吊篮施工的安全管理提供了参考。To address the prominent safety issues such as equipment failures and non-standard management of rail type suspended baskets,this paper conducts research on safety management of rail type suspended baskets.Based on the existing problems of rail type suspended baskets,combined with intelligent digital monitoring systems and construction cost analysis,safety management measures to improve construction efficiency are studied.Research has shown that the safety monitoring system for orbital suspended baskets can adjust the posture of the basket in a timely manner,reducing the risk of careless operation.The intelligent monitoring scheme and safety management measures of the rail type hanging basket have saved a lot of costs in the construction application of the Beijing Tongrentang Daxing production base project,and have achieved significant results in ensuring project safety.The study provides a reference for the safety management of rail suspended basket construction.
