摘 要:针对桩孔成孔质量检测难题,研究了适用于灌注桩成孔验收的超声探头选型及三维成像探头架构、三维成像算法等技术,研发了基于三维和物联网的灌注桩成孔智能验收软件,系统地形成了采用超声波断面扫描法进行桩孔质检的解决方案并研发了样机。将多个超声波换能器集成布置在可沿成孔轴向移动的探头上,实现成孔断面的逐层扫描;以三维成像为技术载体和手段,实现各个断面二维图像的有效融合,生成桩孔整体三维图像,并从图像中提取孔径、孔深、沉渣厚度、垂直度等特征值,实现桩孔的智能验收和数字化交付。In response to the difficulty of quality inspection for pile-hole,this project conducted research on pile-hole measuring techniques in the aspect of ultrasonic probe selection,architecture and configuration designing multifunction probe for 3D imaging,synthetize algorithms for pile-hole’s 3D image using acquired data.A prototype of software tool for intelligent pile-hole quality inspection was developed.This project established a systematic technical solution for pile-hole quality inspection using ultrasonic cross-sectional scanning,culminating in the development of a prototype.An appropriate number of ultrasonic transducers are integrated and arranged on the multifunction probe that can move along the pile-hole axial direction is used to scan the hole layer by layer,so as to form a 3D imaging of the hole by effective fusing 2D images of various layers.As a technical carrier and approach,the 3D image is used to extract typical quality parameters such as aperture,hole depth,sediment thickness,and verticality,and realize the intelligent quality inspection and digital measuring result present.
