摘 要:BIM技术对建筑行业特别是绿色建筑工程具有重要作用,通过集成应用策略显著提高建筑性能、成本效益、环境可持续性和用户满意度。建立统一技术标准和规范,强化BIM技术培训,优化数据管理和共享机制,推行全生命周期成本-效益分析,是BIM技术高效整合运用的重点。通过这些策略,绿色建筑工程能够实现性能提升、成本节约、资源优化、环境影响降低以及用户满意度提高的综合效果评估。BIM technology plays an important role in the construction industry,especially in green building projects,significantly improving building performance,cost-effectiveness,environmental sustainability,and user satisfaction through integrated application strategies.Establishing unified technical standards and specifications,strengthening BIM technology training,optimizing data management and sharing mechanisms,and promoting full lifecycle cost-benefit analysis are the key to the efficient integration and application of BIM technology.Through these strategies,green building projects can achieve a comprehensive evaluation of performance improvement,cost savings,resource optimization,reduced environmental impact,and improved user satisfaction.
