摘 要:BIM技术在绿色智能建筑施工管理中发挥着日益重要的作用。本文探讨了BIM技术在建筑能耗模拟优化、智能系统集成、施工模拟管理等方面的应用。通过参数化设计、数字孪生、机器人装配等手段,BIM技术可显著提升绿色智能建筑的设计施工效率和质量。以某大型商业综合体项目为例,详细阐述了BIM技术的实施路径和应用成效,为相关项目提供了可资借鉴的经验。BIM technology plays an increasingly important role in green and intelligent building construction management.This article explores the application of BiM technology in building energy consumption simulation optimization,intelligent system integration,construction simulation management,and other aspects.BIM technology can significantly improve the design and construction efficiency and quality of green intelligent buildings through methods such as parametric design.digital twin,and robot assembly.Taking a large commercial complex project as an example,this article elaborates on the implementation path and application effectiveness of BiM technology,providing valuable experience for related projects.
