摘 要:在新技术变革推动下,中国劳动力市场的雇佣关系结构正在出现新变化。以平台用工、灵活用工为代表的新就业形态正在替代传统的标准雇佣模式。本文从常规任务偏向型技术进步的视角出发,借助委托-代理理论,构建新技术变革对雇佣关系结构影响的分析框架。随着新技术的进步,常规任务强度提高,委托-代理关系中的不确定性也随之降低,使得组织通过签署长期或固定期限劳动合同来降低道德风险成本的必要性减少,进而导致非标准雇佣关系在就业结构中的占比上升。应用中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)构建的面板数据进行固定效应回归,结果表明,常规工作任务强度的增加导致企业非标准雇佣关系的优势比增加。本文为理解新技术变革对雇佣关系结构的影响提供了一个一致的分析框架。Driven by the new technological changes,the structure of employment relations in China's labor market is reshaping.New employment forms,represented by platform employment and gig employment,are replacing the traditional standard employment mode.From the perspective of routine-biased technological change(RBTC)and with the help of principal-agent theory,this paper builds an analytical framework of the impact of new technological change on the structure of the employment relations.Technological change leads to an increasing of the routine task intensities,which reduces the uncertainties in the princiption-agent process.The necessity that organizations reducing moral hazard costs by signing long-term or fixed-term labor contracts is declining,which prompting a growth of the proportion of non-standard employment relationships.Using the panel data constructed by the China Family Panel Survey(CFPS),the fixed-effect regression results show that as the ratio of routine task intensity increases,the odds ratio of non-standard employment relations increases.This paper provides a consistent analytical framework for understanding the impact of technological change on the structure of employment relations.
