摘 要:[目的]选用反相高效液相色谱建立一种同时测定丙硫菌唑·戊唑醇悬浮剂中2种有效成分含量的分析方法。[方法]以甲醇和0.1%磷酸水混合溶液为流动相,选用C18色谱柱洗脱,设定220 nm为检测波长,对悬浮剂中的丙硫菌唑和戊唑醇进行分离和含量分析。[结果]通过上述条件分析,丙硫菌唑和戊唑醇线性相关系数r为0.9987、0.9992,标准偏差SD为0.003、0.001,平均回收率分别为100.9%、100.6%,变异系数RSD分别为1.306%、0.720%。[结论]该分析方法具有精密度高、线性关系良好、准确度高等特性,操作简便,可应用于丙硫菌唑·戊唑醇悬浮剂中有效成分的同时定量分析。[Aims]The aim is to establish a method of analysis for the simultaneous determination of the content of 2 active ingredients in prothioconazole·tebuconazole suspension concentrate with reversed-phase HPLC.[Methods]A solution of methanol and water(containing 0.1%phosphoric acid)was used as the mobile phase,samples were eluted through a C18column,and the detection wavelength of 220 nm was selected to separate and analyze the content of prothioconazole and tebuconazole in the suspension.[Results]Under the above analytical conditions,the linear correlation coefficients of prothioconazole and tebuconazole were 0.9987 and 0.9992,the standard deviation was 0.003 and 0.001,the average recoveries were 100.9%and 100.6%,and the coefficients of variation were 1.306%and 0.720%respectively.[Conclusions]The analytical method has the characteristics of high precision,good linear relationship and high accuracy.It is easy to operate,and can be applied to the simultaneous quantitative analysis of the active ingredients in prothioconazole·tebuconazole suspension concentrate.
