吡虫啉与5种植物源农药复配对月季长管蚜的联合作用及田间药效

摘  要:[目的]减少化学农药的使用量,延缓月季蚜虫的抗药性,实现化学农药的减量增效。[方法]通过室内生物活性测定吡虫啉与5种植物源农药复配对月季蚜虫的联合作用,结合田间药效试验筛选最佳减量配施组合。[结果]5种植物源农药对月季长管蚜室内生物活性均高于吡虫啉;当吡虫啉和印楝素、藜芦根茎提取物分别以有效成分比7∶2、14∶5复配时对月季蚜虫联合增效作用显著,联合作用系数分别为221.85和141.31,药后14 d对月季蚜虫防效仍达80%以上,显著高于吡虫啉。[结论]初期可考虑使用印楝素或藜芦根茎提取物单剂对月季蚜虫进行预防,在蚜虫暴发期推荐将吡虫啉与印楝素7∶2复配或者与藜芦根茎提取物14∶5复配交替使用。[Aims]This study aims to reduce the use of chemical pesticides,delay the resistance of Macrosiphum rosivorum Zhang,and achieve the reduction and efficiency of chemical pesticides.[Methods]The combined effect of imidacloprid with 5 botanical pesticides on M.rosivorum Zhang was compared by laboratory bioactivity method,and the best combination of reduced application was selected by field efficacy trial.[Results]The laboratory activity of5 botanical pesticide on M.rosivorum Zhang was higher than that of imidacloprid.The combinations of imidacloprid with azadirachtin or extract from Veratrum nigrum rhizome,at active ingredient ratios of 7∶2 or 14∶5,exhibited a significant synergistic effect on M.rosivorum Zhang,with the co-toxicity coefficients(CTC)of 221.85 and 141.31,respectively.The control effect on M.rosivorum Zhang was still more than 80%on day 14 after applicaiton,which was significantly higher than that of imidacloprid.[Conclusions]In the initial stage,azadirachtin and extract from V.nigrum rhizome can be considered for preventing M.rosivorum Zhang.During outbreaks of aphids,imidacloprid can be applied with azadirachtin at an active ingredient ratio of 7∶2 or with extract from V.nigrum rhizome at an active ingredient ratio of 14∶5,and the two combinations can be used alternatively.
