摘 要:某附件机匣壳体在使用后发生变形,推测变形原因可能为附件机匣壳体残余应力在工作时逐渐释放。由此,对附件机匣前壳体在热处理前后的残余应力分布和变化进行仿真分析,并与测量结果对比,确认仿真结果可信。为了减小残余应力,采用热态频谱谐波技术对附件机匣前壳体进行处理。处理后残余应力减小幅度明显,说明热态频谱谐波技术可有效减小残余应力。The housing of an accessory casing was deformed after use,and it was speculated that the deformation may be caused by the residual stress of the housing of the accessory casing gradually released during work.Therefore,the distribution and change of residual stress of the front housing of the accessory casing before and after heat treatment were simulated and analyzed,and compared with the measurement results,then the simulation results were confirmed to be credible.In order to reduce the residual stress,the thermal spectral harmonic technology was used to treat the front housing of the accessory casing.After treatment,the residual stress was reduced significantly,which indicated that the thermal spectral harmonic technology could effectively reduce the residual stress.
