摘　　要：介绍了压力开关的分类、设定点与死区问题,从基本功能要求和可靠性测试两方面对机械压力开关在家用空调中的应用进行了分析。基本功能要求包括过程流体、应用环境和信号控制,可靠性测试包括环境测试、机械测试、电气测试、热学测试。The classification,set point and dead band of the pressure switch were introduced,and the application of mechanical pressure switch in household air conditioning was analyzed from two aspects such as basic functional requirement and reliability testing.The basic functional requirements include process fluid,application environment,and signal control,and the reliability testing includes environmental testing,mechanical testing,electrical testing,and thermal testing.
