摘　　要：周围性面瘫又称为周围性面神经麻痹,针刺与中药合用治疗周围性面瘫具有独特优势,通过调节面部经络气血与脏腑功能运行达到治愈目的。此文总结谷世喆教授针药并用治疗周围性面瘫的临床经验并列举1则医案,介绍谷老师分期用药、分期选穴、分层定经、标本根结、重视平刺、傍刺经络、贴做药引的独特理论体系,为针药结合治疗周围性面瘫开辟了新思路。Peripheral facial palsy,also known as peripheral facial nerve palsy,has unique advantages in the treatment of peripheral facial palsy by combining acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine,and achieves the purpose of healing by adjusting the function of facial meridians,qi and blood and internal organs.This article summarized the clinical experience and cases of Professor Gu Shizhe in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis with acupuncture and medicine.In acupuncture treatment,it is important to consider the staging select appropriate acupoints based on different stages,emphasize proper needling manipulation,and integrates flat puncture penetration according to the acupoint conditions,double or multiple needles for a single acupoint,selecting acupoints along meridians based on their proximity or distance,giving importance to five transport points on the roots-branches theory and the layering of the meridians to confirm the meridians by it's layer.The unique theoretical system of drug reclassification,pasting meridian points,scattering wind and calming the spirit,and cultivating yuan and nourishing blood at the same time opens up new ideas for the combination of acupuncture and medicine for the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.
