摘　　要：脑鸣症是患者自觉脑内嗡嗡作响为主要症状的一种疾病,患者常常注意力无法集中,且可能会伴有眩晕、失眠、焦虑、健忘、耳鸣等症,是临床疑难病症,发病年龄不限,给患者带来极大的痛苦,严重影响工作生活与学习。该文总结了张永康教授治疗脑鸣症的临证经验,张教授经验丰富,善用经方,博采时方,在治疗脑鸣症上,认为该病病位在脑,与五脏密切相关,为脏腑失调所致,治疗应虚实有分,虚以补肾调心脾为主,实以清肝化痰活血化瘀为主,再以调脑神为主要核心,形神共调,针药并用,以此来达到清脑止鸣的功效。Buzzing in brain syndrome is a disease in which the buzzing of the patient's brain is the main symptom.Patients often have difficulty concentrating and may be accompanied by symptoms such as dizziness,insomnia,anxiety,forgetfulness and tinnitus.It is a clinically difficult disease with an unlimited age of onset,causing great pain to patients and seriously affecting work,life and study.This article summarized Professor Zhang Yongkang's clinical experience in treating buzzing in brain syndrome.Professor Zhang Yongkang has rich experience,is good at using classic formulas,and collects new prescriptions extensively.In the treatment of buzzing in brain syndrome,Professor Zhang believes that the disease location of buzzing in brain syndrome is in the brain,closely related to the five organs,and is caused by organ dysfunction.Treatment should be divided into deficiency and excess.Deficiency is mainly focused on tonifying the kidney and regulating the heart and spleen,while excess is mainly focused on clearing the liver,resolving phlegm,promoting blood circulation,and removing blood stasis.In addition,the main core is to regulate the brain and mind,with a combination of form and spirit,and acupuncture and medicine,in order to achieve the effect of clearing the brain and stopping buzzing.
