摘　　要：慢性尿酸性肾病是肾内科常见疾病,患病率逐年升高,其频繁发作危害肾脏功能,甚则导致终末期肾病。中医在减少急性期痛风发作、延缓病情进展速度方面有独到优势。张佩青教授指出,湿浊伤肾,瘀阻三焦是慢性尿酸性肾病经久不愈、病情缠绵之根本,总结出运用分消走泄法治疗慢性尿酸性肾病的经验,临证以分消湿邪、调畅气机、开瘀行滞为主,兼顾补虚,在治疗慢性尿酸性肾病时往往能取得较好疗效。Chronic urate nephropathy is a common disease in the department of nephrology,with the prevalence rate increasing year by year.Its frequent attacks harm the kidney function,and even lead to end-stage renal disease.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in reducing acute gout attacks and delaying the rate of disease progression.Professor Zhang Peiqing pointed out that turbid dampness impairment of the kidney and blood stasis in sanjiao are the causes of persistent chronic urate nephropathy and summed up the experience in treating chronic urate nephropathy with elimination of pathogens through purgation and diuresis method.The therapies of elimination of pathogens through purgation and diuresis method,regulating qi activity,removing blood stasis and promoting stagnation can achieve a satisfactory clinical efficacy,with the assistance of treating deficiency syndrome.
