中西医治疗半月板损伤研究进展

摘　　要：半月板损伤是最常见的膝关节病变之一,会导致多种临床症状,包括膝关节疼痛、肿胀和交锁。中西医针对此疾病均提供了不同治疗方案,西医治疗进展集中于使用新兴技术如组织工程技术、PRP技术、基于细胞的治疗等,而中医则聚焦于改善患者的术后临床症状,提高预后疗效和膝关节康复质量。文章总结了近年来西医、中医领域有关于半月板损伤的治疗进展,为半月板损伤的临床治疗提供参考。Meniscus injury is one of the most common knee disorders and can cause various clinical symptoms,including knee pain,swelling and locking.The fields of traditional Chinese and Western medicine provide different treatment plans for this disease,the treatment progress in Western medicine focuses on the use of emerging technologies such as tissue engineering technology,PRP technology,cell-based therapy,etc.,while the field of traditional Chinese medicine focuses on improving the postoperative clinical symptoms of patients,improving the prognosis and the quality of knee rehabilitation.This paper summarized the recent progress in the treatment of meniscus injury in the fields of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of meniscus injury.
