加味当归地黄汤联合针灸平衡罐治疗肾虚型月经后期临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察加味当归地黄汤联合针灸、平衡罐治疗肾虚型月经后期的临床疗效。方法将2023年1月—2023年8月佛山市高明区中医院收治的79例肾虚型月经后期患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组39例,治疗组40例。对照组采用加味当归地黄汤,治疗组在对照组基础上加用针灸及平衡罐疗法治疗。比较2组临床疗效、中医证候评分、血清促卵泡生成素(FSH)、血清孕酮(P)变化。结果治疗后,治疗组中医证候评分较对照组显著降低(P<0.05);2组患者FSH均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),P水平显著提升(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组改善更明显(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味当归地黄汤联合针灸及平衡罐疗法治疗肾虚型月经后期较单用加味当归地黄汤疗效更佳。Objective To observe the curative effect of modified Danggui Dihuang decoction combined with acupuncture&moxibustion and balanced cupping therapy in the treatment of late menstruation due to kidney deficiency type.Methods A total of 79 cases of late menstruation patients with kidney deficiency type were randomly divided into a control group of 39 cases and a treatment group of 40 cases.Both groups were treated with modified Danggui Dihuang decoction,while the treatment group was also treated with acupuncture&moxibustion and balanced cupping therapy.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).FSH after treatment was significantly decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and P level was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the improvement was more obvious in the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Danggui Dihuang decoction combined with acupuncture&moxibustion and balanced cupping therapy is more effective than modified Danggui Dihuang decoction alone in the treatment of late menstruation of kidney deficiency type.
