辨证施膳结合八段锦对肝硬化失代偿期的影响

摘　　要：目的观察辨证施膳结合八段锦对肝硬化失代偿期的影响。方法选取天津市第二人民医院2022年1月—2022年12月收治的98例肝硬化失代偿期患者,通过抽签法分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组采用辨证施膳,观察组在对照组基础上增加八段锦,比较2组干预后的效果。结果干预后,观察组白蛋白、血红蛋白较高,总胆红素较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组生活质量各维度评分均高于干预前,观察组生活质量各维度评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论辨证施膳结合八段锦可改善肝硬化失代偿期患者的营养状态,提升其生活质量和满意度,值得临床应用。Objective To understand the effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and diet combined with Baduanjin on patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis.Methods A total of 98 patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis admitted to Tianjin Second People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups using a lottery method,with 49 patients in each group.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and diet,while the observation group was treated syndrome differentiation and diet combined with Baduanjin.The effects of the intervention in the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the albumin and hemoglobin of the observation group were higher,and the total bilirubin was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the 2 groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and diet therapy combined with Baduanjin can improve the nutritional status of patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis,enhance their quality of life and satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical application.
