二术二陈汤联合穴位贴敷治疗AECOPD临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察二术二陈汤联合穴位贴敷治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的疗效。方法将2023年1月—2024年1月新余市人民医院收治的62例AECOPD患者随机分为对照组(31例)和试验组(31例)。对照组使用常规西医治疗,试验组在对照组基础上口服二术二陈汤联合穴位贴敷治疗,检测2组患者肺功能、呼吸困难指数量表(mMRC)评分、6 min步行的距离、中医证候积分,记录治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果与对照组相比,试验组治疗后FEV1%pred、FEV1/FVC、6 min步行距离明显升高(P<0.05);咳嗽、咳痰量、纳呆、口干、气短证候积分,不良反应发生率及mMRC评分明显降低(P<0.05)。结论二术二陈汤联合穴位贴敷能显著改善AECOPD患者肺功能,提高患者生活质量和运动能力,改善咳嗽、咳痰量、纳呆、口干、气短等证候,减少胃肠道不良反应。Objective To observe the curative effect of Erzhu Erchen decoction combined with acupoint application on acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods A total of 62 patients with AECOPD admitted to Xinyu People's Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were randomly divided into control group of 31 cases and experimental group of 31 cases.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with oral Erzhu Erchen decoction combined with acupoint application on the basis of the control group.Pulmonary function,dyspnea index(mMRC)scale score,6 min walking distance and TCM syndrome score of patients in 2 groups were detected,and adverse reactions during treatment were recorded.Results Compared with the control group,the values of FEV_1%pred,FEV_1/FVC and 6min walking distance in experimental group were significantly increased after treatment(P<0.05).The scores of cough,sputum output,lethargy,dry mouth,shortness of breath syndrome score,adverse reaction reflux rate and mMRC score were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion Erzhu Erchen decoction combined with acupoint application can significantly improve the lung function,improve the quality of life and exercise ability of patients with AECOPD,improve syndrome of patients included cough,sputum volume,phlegm,dry mouth,shortness of breath,and reduce gastrointestinal adverse reactions.
