摘　　要：鹦鹉热衣原体肺炎具有临床诊断困难、抗生素使用受限的特点,且中医认识较少。此文基于临床案例从浊毒理论探讨鹦鹉热衣原体肺炎的病理性质和致病特点,并结合现代医学诊疗思路,总结该病的发病特点及预后转归,认为鹦鹉热衣原体肺炎的核心病机为“浊毒闭肺”,提出“健脾化浊解毒”的总治法,并综合患者素体情况分析中医用药特点及中西医结合诊治的优势,以期为临床中西医结合诊疗提供参考。Chlamydia psittaci pneumonia is characterized by difficult clinical diagnosis,limited antibiotic use,and little knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine.Based on clinical cases,this paper discussed the pathological nature and pathogenic characteristics of chlamydia psittaci pneumonia from the theory of turbidity toxicity.Combined with modern medical treatment ideas,it summarizes the pathogenesis and prognosis of chlamydia psittaci pneumonia.It believes that the core pathogenesis of chlamydia psittaci pneumonia is“turbidity toxicity blocking lung”,and proposes the general treatment of“invigorating spleen,turbidity and detoxification”.The characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and the advantages of integrated diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine were analyzed comprehensively,so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.
