摘　　要：王清任所著的《医林改错》中超过一半篇幅都是关于“血瘀证”“化瘀法”的临床运用以及相关立方与医案。王氏在脏腑解剖的基础上,结合《黄帝内经》及仲景等医家的学术思想,辨治首重气血,强调了辨气血对于治病的重要性。因此面对各种疑难怪病,王氏另辟蹊径,主张从“血瘀证”进行辨治,灵活运用各类“化瘀法”,并提出祛瘀与补气等扶正法相结合,其所立成方在后世多类妇科疾病中应效,为妇科疾病的辨治诊疗指明了新方向。More than half of Wang Qingren's Yilin Gaicuo is discussing about the clinical application of“blood stasis syndrome”“dissipating blood stasis method”,related herbal remedies and medical case records.Based on the anatomy of the organs,Wang Qingren combined the academic thoughts from Huangdi Neijing and some other physicians such as Zhang Zhongjing,and came to the conclusion that keeping the balance of qi and blood is of great importance in the treatment of all kinds of diseases.Therefore,in the face of various difficult and strange diseases,Wang Qingren advocated to flexibly use different kinds of“dissipating blood stasis method”,and raised the thought of the combination of removing blood stasis and tonifying qi.Many herbal remedies from Yilin Gaicuo are highly effective in various gynecological diseases in recent years and it points out a new direction for the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases.
