摘　　要：随着时代科技飞速发展,医疗创新改革不断深入,多学科联合已成为当前科研创新团队取得成果的重要途径,多学科联合构建科研创新团队也成为医学领域科研发展的必然结果,对医学进步,临床诊疗水平的提高意义重大。当前多数医院已经开展多学科联合制度,运用到科研创新团队建设当中,但其理论与实践仍处于探索阶段。此文分析了多学科联合对于科研创新团队建设的意义,就目前多学科联合框架下构建科研创新团队现状进行分析讨论,提出现存问题以及解决方法,旨在为制度实施提供新的思路,更好地服务临床。With the rapid development of science and technology and the deepening of medical innovation and reform,multidisciplinary cooperation has become an important way for current scientific research and innovation teams to achieve results.Multidisciplinary joint construction of scientific research and innovation teams has also become an inevitable result of scientific research development in the medical field.It is of great significance to the progress of medicine and the improvement of the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment.At present,most hospitals have carried out a multidisciplinary joint system,which has been applied to the construction of scientific research and innovation teams,but its theory and practice are still in the exploratory stage.This paper analyzed the significance of multidisciplinary cooperation for the construction of scientific research innovation teams,analyzed and discussed the current situation of building scientific research innovation teams under the framework of multidisciplinary cooperation,and proposes existing problems and solutions,aiming to provide new ideas for the implementation of the system and better service clinical.
