摘 要:新时代,我国交通行业的发展越来越重视绿色公路的设计理念,坚持绿色交通发展与建设交通强国和美丽中国相结合。京蔚高速公路(北京段)是北京地区规模最大的山区高速公路,山区桥梁众多,工程桥隧比高达88%。从山区常规桥梁设计方法到典型桥梁工程举例,系统介绍了桥梁从方案比选到施工图设计全过程中践行绿色设计理念的工程实践。其中,安家庄高架桥从经济因素、环境因素、施工因素、景观及运维因素等多个维度对桥梁方案进行了深入比选,最终推荐50 m跨钢板组合梁方案,该方案减少了对山区环境的影响。安家庄高架桥的上部钢梁采用免涂装耐候钢,桥面板负弯矩区的接缝采用超高性能混凝土(UHPC),从而降低了桥梁全寿命周期的养护成本,并增强了混凝土结构的耐久性。十八潭桥通过方案比选,最终推荐钢管混凝土拱桥方案,该方案减少了对山体的开挖,同时兼顾环保和景观因素。In the new era,more and more attention has been paid to the design concept of green roads in the develop-ment of transportation industry in China,which adheres to the combination of green transportation development,the construction of transportation power and beautiful China.Jingyu Expressway(Beijing section)is the largest moun-tainous expressway in Beijing with many bridges,and the engineering bridge-tunnel ratio is as high as 88%.From the conventional bridge design method to typical bridge engineering examples,this paper systematically introduces the engineering practice of the green design concept during the whole process of bridge from scheme comparison and selection to construction drawing design.Among them,deep comparison and selection of Anjiazhuang viaduct schemes have been carried out from multiple dimensions such as economic factors,environmental factors,construc-tion factors,landscape and operation and maintenance factors.Finally,a 50 m-span steel plate composite beam scheme has been recommended,which reduces the impact on the mountain environment.The upper steel beam of Anjiazhuang viaduct is made of coating free weather resistant steel,and the joints in the negative bending moment area of the bridge deck are made of ultra high performance concrete(UHPC),which reduces the maintenance cost of the bridge in the whole life cycle and enhances the durability of the concrete structure.After scheme comparison and selection of Shibatan bridge,the concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge scheme is recommended,which reduces the excavation of the mountain and takes into account both environmental protection and landscape factors.
