摘 要:轨道交通建设是推动城市发展和提升城市功能的重要手段,为满足现代城市绿色发展需求,探索高效且环保的建设方法成为发展的必然趋势。以上海地铁14号线金粤路站4号出入口预制装配式建造为实践案例,详细介绍了设计方案、预制构件制作工艺以及高效施工的诸多创新,探讨了预制装配式技术在城市轨道交通地铁出入口建设中的应用,展示了该技术在实现经济目标方面的优势。项目特点包括:标准化与组合化的设计策略、装饰与结构一体化的技术应用、竖向结构的全预制装配无现浇施工、镂空构件的二次预制工艺、屋面楼板的免模板免支撑施工技术以及机电设施与预制构件集成设计、隐藏式照明和排水系统设计,这些设计和技术的创新应用不仅提升了建设品质,还缩短了工期约36%、减少了人员用工约36%、减少了施工措施材料用量约90%、减少了施工损耗材料用量约50%、降低了建造成本约23%。该项目的成功实践展现了预制装配式技术在城市轨道交通建设中的可持续发展潜力,为行业内其他类似项目的规划、设计与实施提供了经验借鉴与启示。Rail transit is a crucial means to promote city development and urban functions.In order to meet the green development needs of modern cities,efficient and eco-friendly construction methods has become an inevitable trend.Based on the prefabricated assembly construction of entrance&exit No.4 of Jinyuelu Station of Shanghai Metro Line 14,numerous innovations of the design scheme,prefabricated component manufacturing processes and efficient construction are introduced in detail.The application of prefabricated assembly technology in the construction of ur-ban rail transit are explored,demonstrating the economic advantages.The project features include design strategies of standardization and modular,integrated techniques of decoration and structure,fully prefabricated construction of vertical structures without cast-in-place,secondary prefabrication of hollow components,formwork-free and support-free construction for roof slabs,and integrated design of mechanical and electrical facilities with prefabri-cated components,as well as hidden lighting and drainage system designs.These innovative applications not only improve construction quality but also reduce the construction period by about 36%,decrease labor by approximately 36%,reduce building materials by about 90%,cut construction material losses by about 50%,and lower construc-tion costs by around 23%.The successful practice of this project show the sustainable development potential of pre-fabricated assembly technology in urban rail transit construction,offering valuable experience and insights for plan-ning,designing,and implementing of similar projects in the industry.
