摘 要:近年来道路空间内各类专业管线的检查井井盖频繁出现问题,对居民的交通出行和生命安全造成了严重影响,已引起社会的广泛关注。通过现场踏勘、专业调研以及案例借鉴,系统梳理了当前检查井井盖存在的主要问题,并针对检查井井盖数量过多、空间位置不合理、施工不规范以及运维管理不到位等关键问题深入分析了其成因,同时从规划设计角度提出了道路空间检查井井盖优化与提升的具体策略以及规划实施建议。此外,针对不同区域和项目的规划与治理需求,提供了切实可行的实施路径与方法,旨在为后续更大范围的推广与应用提供实践参考。In recent years,the frequent occurrence of problems of various pipeline manhole covers within road spaces has had a severe impact on residents'travel and life safety,attracting widespread social attention.Through on-site investigations,professional research and relevant cases,this paper systematically summarizes the primary problems currently associated with manhole covers.It delves into the causes of key issues such as the excessive number of manhole covers,unreasonable spatial locations,non-standard construction,and inadequate operation and mainte-nance management.From the perspective of planning and design,specific strategies and implementation suggestions for optimizing and upgrading manhole covers in road spaces are proposed.Furthermore,for the specific planning and governance requirements of different regions and projects,it provides practical implementation paths and methods,as well as a valuable reference for subsequent widespread promotion and application.
