摘 要:污水处理厂是抗生素和抗生素抗性基因(ARGs)的储存库,同时也是去除抗生素和ARGs的重要场所。为了降低抗生素和ARGs的环境风险,有必要掌握其在现有污水处理系统中的去除效果和残留现状。基于目前国内外研究现状,分析了污水中抗生素和ARGs的来源及特性,分别总结了常见污水处理工艺中抗生素和ARGs的去除效果和残留现状,分析了污泥中抗生素和ARGs残留现状及其可能带来的环境风险。结果表明,现有污水处理工艺对抗生素和ARGs有一定的去除效果,但出水和污泥中仍有大量抗生素和ARGs残留,增加了潜在的环境风险。对此,提出了根据不同抗生素和ARGs的特性,有针对性地选择和优化污水处理厂深度处理工艺,以提升目前污水处理厂中抗生素和ARGs的去除效果,减少其进入环境水体的风险。Wastewater treatment plants are the repository of antibiotics and antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs),and also an important place for their removal.In order to reduce the environmental risks of antibiotics and ARGs,it is necessary to know its removal effect and residual status in existing wastewater treatment systems.According to the existing research results home&abroad,the sources and characteristics of antibiotics and ARGs were introduced,and the removal and residual states in common wastewater treatment processes were summarized respectively,and the residual status of antibiotics and ARGs in sludge and its possible environmental risks were analyzed.The results showed that the existing wastewater treatment process had a certain effect on the removal of antibiotics and ARGs,but there are still a large number of antibiotics and ARGs residues in the effluent and sludge,which increases the potential environmental risk.According to the characteristics of dfferent antibiotics and ARGs,it is proposed to select and optimize the advanced treatment process of sewage treatment plants which can improve the removal efficiency of antibiotics and ARGs in current sewage plants and reduce their risk of entering environmental water bodies.
