摘 要:为了提高乳化沥青的力学性能及其在冷再生路面中的路用性能和耐久性,研发了一种用于冷再生沥青路面的强韧型水性环氧树脂/丁苯橡胶(WER/SBR)复合改性乳化沥青,并研究了WER/SBR在乳化沥青中的分散性及其对乳化沥青化学成分、路用性能和高温热稳定性的影响。研究结果表明,SBR在乳化沥青中形成交联网络结构,改善了乳化沥青的韧性,提升了乳化沥青的低温抗开裂性;WER在乳化沥青中发生固化反应形成三维网络结构,提高了乳化沥青的强度和高温热稳定性。WER/SBR复合改性的效果明显优于SBR单一改性,但在低温延度指标方面,WER和SBR对乳化沥青的作用则相反。随着WER掺量的增加,改性乳化沥青低温抗开裂性逐渐减弱,同时蒸发残留物的热焓逐渐减小,而乳化沥青的高温热稳定性进一步增强。当SBR掺量为3%、WER掺量为6%时,WER/SBR在乳化沥青中分散均匀,能够有效提高乳化沥青的路用性能。In order to improve the mechanical properties of emulsified asphalt(EA)and pavement performance and durability in cold recycled asphalt pavement,a kind of strong and tough waterborne epoxy resin/styrene-butadiene rubber(WER/SBR)composite modified EA was developed for cold recycled asphalt pavement.And the dispersion of WER/SBR in EA and influence on the chemical composition,pavement performance and high-temperature thermal stability were studied.The results show that a cross-linking network structure is formed by SBR forms,which im-proves the toughness of emulsified asphalt and the low-temperature cracking resistance of EA;The curing reaction of WER forms a 3D network structure,which improves the strength and high-temperature thermal stability of EA.The effect of WER/SBR composite modification is obviously better than that of SBR single modification.But in terms of low-temperature ductility index,the effect of WER and SBR on emulsified asphalt is opposite.With the increase of WER content,the low-temperature cracking resistance of modified EA is gradually weakened,while the enthalpy of evaporation residue is gradually decreased,and the high-temperature thermal stability of emulsified asphalt is further enhanced.When the SBR content is 3%and the WER content is 6%,the WER/SBR is evenly dispersed in EA,which can effectively improve the road performance of EA.
