摘  要:机制砂颗粒形状多呈棱角状,且表面粗糙,这使其配制的水泥混凝土工作性不佳。滑模摊铺机用机制砂配制的混凝土铺筑水泥混凝土路面,摊铺机振捣频率大,拉毛时易将表面砂浆中的细小颗粒拉起,影响表层砂浆密实度,成型的水泥路面微观、宏观的平整度均很难满足要求。在河砂资源开发受限的背景下,对用于高品质工程中的机制砂粒形轧制方法、评价指标、品质等进行研究至关重要。依托云南省昭通市昭阳西环高速公路路面工程,通过改进整形制砂设备,轧制出粒形较好、石粉可控的机制砂;同时,为研究石粉含量对路面混凝土的不利影响上限,配制了细度模数相近、石粉含量不同的机制砂,并分别配制成路面混凝土,进行机制砂混凝土工作性、力学性能和体积稳定性的对比研究。研究结果表明:粒形较好的机制砂可配制出工作性接近河砂效果的路面混凝土;对于滑模摊铺的水泥混凝土,其使用的机制砂的破碎面大于或等于8的颗粒含量应大于80%,石粉含量宜小于8%。The particles of manufactured sand are typically angular with rough surfaces,which negatively impacts the workability of the cement concrete.When used in concrete paving for cement pavement by sliding mode pavers,the high vibration frequency of the paver often causes fine particles from the surface mortar to be lifted during the roughening process,affecting the compactness of the surface layer.As a result,both the micro and macro-level flatness of the formed cement pavement often fail to meet the required standards.Given the limitations in river sand resources,it is essential to study the grain shape rolling methods,evaluation criteria,and quality of manufactured sand for high-quality engineering applications.This study is based on the pavement construction of the Zhaotong West Ring Expressway in Yunnan Province.By improving the shaping and sand-making equipment,we produced manufactured sand with better particle shape and controllable stone powder content.The manufactured sand was then blended with ordinary manufactured sand in different mass ratios to produce mixed sand and river sand.Additionally,to investigate the upper limit of the adverse effects of stone powder content on pavement concrete,manufactured sands with similar fineness moduli but varying stone powder contents were prepared and used.Comparative studies on the workability,mechanical properties,and volume stability of the concrete mixtures were conducted.The results indicate that well-shaped manufactured sand can produce pavement concrete with workability comparable to that of river sand.For cement concrete paved using sliding mode,the particle content with a broken surface greater than or equal to 8 should be greater than 80%,and the stone powder content should be kept below 8%.
